We do our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure that it is processed and delivered promptly. This means that we will be unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

Status 'fulfilled' simply means your order has been packed by our warehouse team and it's currently on the way to you.

Our logistics partner J&T will be delivering your order to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days.

Orders once received will be processed quickly.

However, do allow slight delay for orders during peak season / sale events.

Your order will usually take between 3 to 10 business days.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all panties sold online. For other products, we will allow exchanges within 7 days at our shops.

If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please email us at online@sorella-lingerie.com within 7 days of receiving the product, so that we can urgently review the matter for you and re-ship to you the correct product!

Should a refund be given due to our inability to fulfill an order, the refund amount will be credited back in to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Dependent on your bank, it may take a business day or two for the refund to be reflected in your statements.
